Although no in-person classes will be held on campus, classes continue…virtually and online!
as with spring quarter, we’re doing things differently to adjust to the covid-19 pandemic and social distancing. there will be no in-person instruction on campus with the exception of a few allied health programs labs.
instead, classes will be held remotely using a combination of online tools, including canvas and zoom — the popular, free videoconferencing tool. but don’t worry, we’ll still be offering a full array of college-level classes to help you meet your educational goals.
Like to gain more experience using Canvas and Zoom? Our Continuing Education department is offering, free a charge, . This non-credit, self-paced and instructor supported class is an opportunity to gain more experience and comfort taking classes using these tools.

As you view the 皇冠app下载, you’ll see classes are designated in one of three ways: virtual, hybrid/virtual or online. Here’s what those designations mean:
- Virtual: Your class will meet on Zoom at the time listed in the class schedule. For example, if your class begins at 9 a.m. in the class schedule, then it will begin at 9 a.m. on Zoom. You will be attending the class at the same time as your classmates, just as you would on campus.
- Hybrid/Virtual: Part of the class will be held online without a set time to attend. The other part will occur at the time listed in the class schedule in a virtual format using Zoom.
- Online: These classes don’t have a set time to attend, as virtual classes do. You can view video lectures whenever is convenient to you.
